  • Keeping track of inventory and alerting the head brewer when running low on materials and supplies
  • Assisting with prep work including measuring, milling, mashing, boiling, transferring, cooling, distilling, sanitizing, and clean-up
  • Racking beer from fermenters to brite tanks
  • Keeping the facility clean, well organized, and fully functional

  • Filling/cleaning kegs, bottling spirits, and labeling spirits bottles
  • Carbonating bright tanks and maintaining/monitoring the cold room
  • Monitor and make adjustments to the still
  • Making deliveries to wholesale customers
  • Represent Red River Brewing Company & Distillery at beer and spirits festivals

  • Valid driver's license and high school diploma
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Reliable year-round transportation

This is a year-round position with regular days off and little required interaction with the general public (very unusual in a resort town). Benefits include competitive wages, health/dental/vision insurance, employee discounts, opportunities for long-term growth, and beer.

Salary:  $15/hour or higher depending on experience.
